1. Why are your plans priced higher than typical SEO tools?

Because we track AI Search Engines (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, SGE, Perplexity), not traditional web search. This requires LLM inference, multi-engine orchestration, and continuous snapshots, which makes the infrastructure significantly more expensive than SEO crawling.

2. Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at your next billing cycle.

3. Do you offer refunds?

  • Monthly plans: Not support
  • Yearly plans: Support proportionate refund (minus the months used)

We follow industry-standard SaaS refund policies.

4. What happens after the 7-day Starter Trial?

If you don't upgrade, your account will simply return to the Free plan. No auto-charges, no penalties.

5. Can I use the Free plan long-term?

Yes, but this will only retain your data. The use of the function will cost credit at the original price. Most users upgrade within the first week due to project and frequency constraints.

6. Do you support multiple markets or languages?

Currently, only English is supported

7. Do you provide API access?

8. Do you support private deployment or on-premise?

9. Is my data safe?

We follow strict enterprise standards: GDPR, SOC2, encrypted storage, audit logging (Pro+). Enterprise customers can request a compliance package.

10. Can I add more seats to Pro or Scale?

12. Do you throttle or limit usage?

Credits define your usage capacity. Once you exceed your limit, you can choose:
