Scrunch
A dated analyst profile of Scrunch, an AI visibility and Agent Experience Platform for prompt tracking, citations, and AI content delivery.
Scrunch is a commercial AI visibility and agent-experience vendor. Across captures on 2026-09-07 and 2026-10-26, its public site sold prompt-level monitoring—brand presence, citations, sentiment—plus site diagnostics and, on Enterprise, an Agent Experience Platform (AXP) that serves optimized HTML to AI retrieval bots without changing the human site. The site now also markets the edge-delivery product under the name “Agent Pages.”
Geolyze files it with AI visibility tools and GEO tools because the measurement objects are prompts, generated answers, citations, and competitors, while AXP is an adjacent technical-GEO delivery job. It is not a classic SEO rank tracker.
This profile is an analyst file from official marketing, pricing, FAQ, and help-center pages captured on 2026-09-07 and re-captured on 2026-10-26. It is not a hands-on product test. Live dashboard and AXP behavior stay unknown.
Best fit
Use Scrunch when the team wants AI-answer monitoring and can accept four engines on Core, or when an enterprise explicitly wants CDN-level delivery to AI bots.
Agency Core is a better match when the team needs multiple brand and pitch workspaces and unlimited licenses.
It is a weaker fit when the only job is lean measurement across many engines, or when the buyer assumes AXP is included in the $250 Core row.
What official pages claim
Public pages name these modules. Treat them as vendor-stated capabilities, not Geolyze lab results.
| Module | Official job | Evidence note |
|---|---|---|
| Monitoring & Citations | Prompt-level presence, citations, sentiment, competitors | Matches Geolyze measurement criteria if answer text is retained. |
| Insights | Gaps, diagnostics, suggested competitors, prompt-set trimming | Vendor-stated. Quality unknown. |
| Agent Traffic | AI bot visits split training, indexing, retrieval | Vendor-stated. |
| Site Diagnostics | Page blockers and recommended fixes | Core lists five audits per month and 25 site-map pages. |
| Shopping | Product-level AI shelf space | Marketing page exists. Matrix puts product observability on Enterprise. |
| AXP / Agent Pages / content delivery | Optimized HTML to AI agents at the CDN edge | Help center is detailed. Pricing lists AXP on Enterprise, not Core; marketing renamed it “Agent Pages” by 2026-10-26. |
| Explorer / MCP / Signals | In-product analysis and alerts | Blog says Signals/Explorer on all plans. MCP gate differs by matrix row. needs_review. |
Prompt monitoring is the module that maps to a serious GEO checklist: a stored prompt, a dated answer, citations, and a way to compare competitors. AXP is a different job. If a demo only shows a score, ask for the underlying answer and source evidence.
Platform coverage
Coverage is plan-gated. Do not read homepage language about ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity as the Core matrix.
From the official pricing page, unchanged across the 2026-09-07 and 2026-10-26 captures:
- Core and Agency Core: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Microsoft Copilot.
- Enterprise named capability: those four plus Claude, Gemini, Meta AI, Google AI Mode, Grok.
Core listed one country and five competitors on both captures. The 2026-09-07 matrix showed three personas and two languages; the 2026-10-26 matrix showed one persona and one language. Treat Core scope as narrow and re-read the live matrix at purchase time. Enterprise listed custom or unlimited on those rows.
Whether a given Enterprise contract includes every named engine is unknown.
Pricing note
Captured from Scrunch’s public pricing page on 2026-10-26, reading both the brands and agencies toggles and the annual-pricing FAQ. Dollar amounts were identical to the 2026-09-07 capture. The FAQ answer resolves the earlier billing-terms question: annual discounts apply to Enterprise clients only, as upfront-paid agreements worth about two months free, so the Core prices below are month-to-month list prices.
| Plan | List price | What the matrix showed |
|---|---|---|
| Brand Core | $250/month | 125 unique prompts; 5,000 responses / month; 5 site audits / month; 1 workspace; 5 licenses; 4 engines; no AXP |
| Agency Core | $500/month | 250 unique prompts; 10,000 responses / month; 5 audits / brand / month; 3 brand workspaces; 3 pitch workspaces; unlimited licenses; 4 engines; no AXP |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom prompts and responses; AXP; 9 named engines; SSO (SAML, OIDC); API |
The responses-per-month quota row first appeared on the 2026-10-26 matrix; the September capture had no visible response cap.
Official FAQ said the 7-day Core trial includes Core features, requires a credit card, and auto-upgrades unless cancelled.
Ignore “Tyrell Nexus” demo prices on marketing pages. Those are not Scrunch plan prices.
Re-check live packaging before a purchase decision. Overage fees, extra seats on brand Core, and Enterprise cash terms remain unknown.
Strengths
The public Core matrix is specific enough to compare engines, prompt count, response caps, seats, country, and the AXP exclusion before a demo.
Named measurement fields match a GEO operating loop: prompt sets, presence, citations, sentiment, and competitors.
AXP is documented as edge infrastructure with named CDN paths, which is a clearer delivery story than a dashboard that only reports scores. Help center also states Monitoring can be bought without AXP.
Dollar pricing and both engine lists held stable across two captures seven weeks apart, and the annual FAQ now states billing terms explicitly.
Limitations
Self-serve Core coverage is narrow: four engines, one country, one persona, one language. Claude, Gemini, Meta AI, Google AI Mode, and Grok sit on Enterprise in both captures.
Core quota rows drift: between September and October 2026 the matrix added a responses cap and narrowed personas and languages. A capture older than a few weeks is weak evidence for Core limits.
AXP, product observability, SAML/OIDC, and Query API are not on brand Core. Buying Core because the homepage leads with Agent Pages / AXP is a packaging mismatch.
Trial terms require a card and auto-renew. Content-generation wording conflicts: the pricing matrix says Basic/Advanced while another official compare page says Scrunch does not currently offer AI-generated content. Treat that as needs_review.
Dashboard quality, AXP citation lift, and SOC 2 artifacts were not independently tested. Vendor case-study percentages are not Geolyze facts.
Example and counterexample
A workable use is an SEO lead tracking 100 category prompts on Core across ChatGPT and Perplexity, staying inside the 5,000 monthly response cap, reviewing citations weekly, and using the five included page audits.
A mismatch is a founder buying Core because the homepage is about getting the site “AI-ready,” then expecting bot-facing HTML delivery. The public matrix listed AXP as Enterprise / custom.
Alternatives
The published Geolyze vendor profiles at the time of this page are AIvsRank, Profound, and Peec AI. Use AIvsRank when the next job is measurement, benchmarking, or audit; use Profound when answer-engine tracking should come bundled with an AEO content workflow; use Peec AI when published per-tier prompt and credit caps matter more than delivery infrastructure.
Other AI visibility vendors should not be compared feature-by-feature here until they have their own reviewed profiles.

Operator checklist
- Write the job: measurement only, site diagnostics, shopping, or AXP delivery.
- List the answer engines, countries, and languages that matter commercially.
- Check whether those engines sit on Core or only Enterprise.
- Size the prompt set against the response cap, not just the prompt count. Both moved in recent captures.
- If AXP is in scope, treat it as Enterprise/custom, not the
$250Core row. - Ask for a dated sample of prompt, full answer text, citations, and competitor mentions. A score without answer evidence is not enough.
- Read trial terms (card on file, auto-upgrade) and re-check live pricing. This note is from 2026-10-26.
Common misunderstanding
Scrunch markets itself as an Agent Experience Platform (now also “Agent Pages”). In Geolyze terms, Core is closer to AI visibility measurement and prompt tracking. AXP is a delivery layer. Buying “Scrunch” does not automatically mean AI bots receive a different HTML document.
Verification note
Official pages were captured on 2026-09-07 and re-captured on 2026-10-26 in a live browser, including both brand/agency toggles and the annual-pricing FAQ. Dollar amounts and engine lists were identical across the captures; Core quota rows (personas, languages, responses) changed between them and are recorded with both dates. Geolyze has not operated a Scrunch workspace or deployed AXP. Recapture pricing, engine coverage, and AXP packaging before relying on this page for procurement.
